Thanks, Pam!!

Brian mentioned to our friend, Pam, that he missed her hot fudge at Christmas this year, so she brought him a jar and the recipe. He was so excited. (He would not admit it, though) So, Thanks, Pam. It is great. He is hording it in the back of the fridge:)

Here's the recipe:

1 16 oz bag of chocolate chips (I prefer Girardhelli's milk chocolate)
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup heavy cream

Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave, using defrost setting, 2 minutes, stir, keep adding 30 seconds until melted. Add sweetened milk and stir until smooth, you may have to put it back in the microwave. Stir in cream.
