So, I have been striving for the "Molly Mormon" status for a while and I made it today!! Yeah, I canned 24 jars of Chicken in my kitchen. I am so cool. Kara Jean came over and showed me how to NOT blow up my kitchen with my new pressure cooker. I have 4 more large jars I need to do, but for now, I feel Awesome!!
It kind of looks like those formaldehyde organs in science class. hehe

GOD I'm so glad I left the church!
Way to go Scottee! I've canned a lot in my life, it's good food! I did some fish, dill pickles and salsa this year! It's to bad people are not canning like they used to! I think that I will try canning chicken. I love my big pressure cooker, it was my Mother's!!!
